Fat Loss [Home Diet plan]

              Fat loss Diet plan at home.

During this lockdown every Gyms, Gardens are closed. So neither we go outside for exercise, or for jogging, walking ,etc.

So During this lockdown so many of us Gaining weight at home because of not doing exercises or not doing any work.

So we have to focus on our diet, This diet is all about Fat loss that we can maintain at home just by focusing what we have to eat and what we have to avoid.

This Diet plan is for both Men and women.

#Morning Routine.
=>Daily early morning when you wokeup you need to consume 2-3 glass of water before doing brush, So it will up your metabolism.
=>Avoid tea or coffe in morning, you can drink some time later in the day.

#After freshenup-
=>Have any favourite fruit of your choice , For example:-One apple, or 1 Banana with black pepper it also hepls in fatloss, Grapes, Chikoo, papaya, etc.

#Breakfast-
=>Your breakfast should be protein rich. Because it is hard to breakdown the protein for the body.
So you will no hunger till 3-4 hours.

=>You can eat Moong Dal Dosa, Oats or wheat dalia, or paneer paratha or if you eat non-veg, so you can take Spinach Egg Bhurji, or Bhurji with palne paratha or 2-3 egg white.
=We have to focus on complex carbs [whole grains].
=Avoid bread.

=>Before 30 minutes of lunch consume 1-2 glass of water, if you get hungry before lunch, so you can take any fruit of your choice, and if you want to drink tea, so Consume Green tea, it will better.

#Lunch.
=>It will better to Start your lunch with salad, because it has so many benefits, it gives you Vitamins, Minerals, Fibre.
=>After salad take simple home food that contain some protein, complex carbs. For example:- Semi brown rice with chole, chane, rajma, you can also take one spoon of cow ghee. Ghee is a healthy source of fat, Ghee also hepls in fat burning process.
You can take whole wheat chapati, with soya chunk curry or paneer.
=If you're a non-vegertarian, so you can take chapati + rice with chicken breast or fish.
=After lunch you can take one bowl of yogurt(Dahi).

#Evening snacks:-
=>The best is fruits for snacks time also.
=>Handful bhuna chana.
=>Handful unsalted peanuts.
=>Sweet potato.
=>Banana peanut chapati.
=>Egg whites Bhurji or Omlette.

#Dinner:-
=>Whatever we talk about lunch that you have to follow same in dinner also but, if you take 3 chapati in lunch so you can take 2 chapati in dinner.
=>Dal + Rice or khichdi with one spoon of cow ghee.
=>You can have any seasonal curry with chapati.

=>;The dinner most important factor which decides, how fast will you loose fat that is your dinner time.
=>If you have your dinner too late so it will not digest properly.
=>Basically you have to take your dinner before 8pm to 9pm.
=>And your dinner must light food and healthy.
=After dinner you must go for a walk for better digestion.

So this was the whole day home diet plan for fat loss ,that you can also maintaing during this lockdown at home.
