# Everyone wants a better physique, Or want to Gain Muscles, but few are there who decided to do hard work for that, We cannot gain muscles in a week or in a month, we must keep patience & start doing hardwork for that ,because for better results, it will take time.

Day by day increase your lifting weight to Gain Fast, because when we do workout with heavy weights, so it creates more stress on muscle, and in results our muscles create microscopic damages. This microscopic damage gets injured or the cells inflementary molecules start releasing cytokines so, the muscle tissues get activated and start repairing itself, But when we do the workout on a regular basis, then the workout or muscle repairing process , this process helps you to get a bigger muscles, thats why we need to lift heavy day by day.

--According to our body structure we need to take the proper protein, Nutrition, meal, vitamin, minerals, Carbs ,Fat , etc.

--With our hardwork, we need a proper meal, because when we trained our muscles ,So the muscle need a proper meal to Gain.

--When we trained our muscle with a proper meal, but the most important part is taking rest of 7-8 hours in a day.
Because when we take rest, at that time our muscle tissue takes rest and start repairing itself to Gain, so with a proper rest we gain muscle , beacuse after workout muscles get tired. After rest, our muscles gets pumped in the morning.
