How to fix muscle imbalance problem
First i am going to explain,why you face the muscle imbalance problem and then I will tell how can you fix your muscle imbalance problem.
-I am going to explain in a simple or basic way that you can understand easily.
Most of the beginner's face this muscle imabalance problem.
1. Muscle imbalance (reason).
-It happens when you're not performing the sets properly.
-It happens when you trained your one muscle more as compare to other muscles.
-It happens because you're not focusing properly on the muscle , you're training.
-Thinking somewhere else and doing workout, not focusing on sets.
-No concentration in gym while doing workout.
-While doing workout, giving one side more pressure as compare to other side, it means you're performing the set wrong.
It takes few months to fix your muscle, it will not fix just in one or two weeks.
- First do all sets, day by day properly.
- e.g:- I take biceps imbalance , then you have to do dumbells curls don't use rod. And while doing dumbells curls ,take 2-3 reps extra with your weak hand in each set.
- Proper form should perform (No mistake)

- while doing set, e.g:- if i take biceps sets then concentrate properly on both hand.
- Take 2-3 reps extra to the weak muscle .
- If you gonna follow these tips , then in few months you can fix your muscle imbalance problem.
