  Most of the beginner's have the questions that they should start Bulking or Cutting, Because they don't have any idea, which one is better, so in this confusion they cannot decide properly, and they directly start heavy lifting, but for beginners direct lifting in starting is not a correct way to build muscle. That's why they should take help from their trainers and learn from them.

= .First you understand, that in order to build muscle, maintain or you sustain the muscle. First you give a reason to your muscle , that it should stay or grow, because its a nature of a Gym Guy.
 =Because a Gym guy trained his muscle💪 to gain it, and to achieve a better physique, He must know that he want to loose it or gain it.
= The training of muscle that will built your body, will be the training that you will use to loose it or for gaining.
= I recommend you as the main focus along the training is focus on your rep ranges and strength 💪.

# .Calorie intake:-- we must recommend the intake of calorie, Mainly we are either reducing carbs and fats to cut or we increase carbs and fat for Bulking. So According to your workout you must know how much macros, carbs and fat you should intake while bulking or cutting according to your body structure.

= When you have to do cutting, you must deficit 500-700 calorie , [Hypertrophy + strength training] According to your body (weight).

= When you have to do bulk , you must deficit 200-300 calorie, [Hypertrophy + strength training].

#. Protein:-- Whether we are Bulking or cutting, in both we need to consume protein, we mostly consume more protein for gaining or for muscle recovery. But while bulking we don't need as much protein. We also consume protein by our diet or we can also take supplement, According to your body you have to consume protein, with healthy diet.
