 Some of the Veggies that we eat daily at home, but today we will about some of the vegetables that contains high protein that we eat at home, and the main fact about green vegetables is, we use for diet, and its healthy for our Daily life.

#. So here, some of the list of green vegetables that are protein Rich. [That we eat at homes.]

I am not talking about costly food ,i am talking about Green vegetables.

# .List of the Vegetables.

1. SPINACH:-- [ 100gm of spinach = 2.9gm protein ].

Spinach is the best source, while dieting, Spinach contains almost 49% of protein.


2. Broccoli:-- [ 100gm of Broccoli = 2.8gm protein ].

Broccoli is the Vegetable that is high protein according to a study Broccoli is the best source For Gym peoples, because it is protein rich. Broccoli contains 45% of protein.

3. Cauliflower:-- [100gm of cauliflower = 1.9gm protein ].

Cauliflower is good for health, Cauliflower contains 40% of protein, Cauliflower is greeny and healthy veggie ,it helps in dieting.

4. Tomato ๐Ÿ…:--[ 100gm of tomato = 0.9gm protein ].

Basically Tomato is used as light food ,as we mostly used in mixing of vegetables, or we use in Salads. Tomato is light because it contains more water inside it, Its healthy, helps in dieting or for mixing while making vegetables. It contain 18% of protein.

5:-- Green pepper [Capcicum] :-- [ 100gm of Capcicum = 0.9gm protein ].

Green pepper normally known as 'Capcicum'. It contains 22% of protein. It also helps in Diet , it also known as for light food.

6:-- Cucumbers:-- [ 100gm of Cucumbers = 0.7gm protein ].

Cucumber is also a light food, mostly used in Making Salad, Most of the Gym guys prefer this, as in breakfast.
Cucumber contain 24% of protein.

7:-- Parsley [Dhaniya] :-- [ 100gm of Parsley = 3gm protein ].

Parsley is known as ''Dhaniya" in "Hindi".
Parsley is commonly used while frying vegetables, While making bhurji as pre workout meal.
Parsley contains 34% of protein.

8:-- Mushrooms๐Ÿ„:-- [ 100gm of Mushroom = 3.1gm protein ].

Mushroom is used for making vegetables, its healthy, Best for diet, It also a protein rich, it contains 38% of protein.

9:-- Cabbage:-- [ 100gm of cabbage = 1.3gm of protein ].

Cabbage also helps in diet, Its a healthy veggie. It contain 22% of protein.

10:-- Carrot ๐Ÿฅ•:-- [ 100gm of carrot = 0.9gm protein ].

Carrot is used for making so many different types of dishes, but usually we used for making salads.
