Fat Vs Muscle [Myth Vs Truth]

                        Fat Vs Muscle

First you have to know the difference between Fat and Muscle. Fat and Muscle are the two different types of tissue, and it cannot be converted directly Fat into Muscle, its not possible. For eg:- Can we convert a mango into apple, same like here it's not possible to convert fat into muscle. What you can do instead ,loose fat and gain muscles. As two separate process .

#. If you want to loose fat without loosing your muscle size, then you have to eat the right foods. If you cut your calorie intake and don't eat enough protein , then weight loss can result in a decrease in not only fat but also muscles.

# .To prevent this from happening, that you want to loose fat but not muscle then you have to consume more protein in your diet.
For eg:- If my weight is around 70kg, I want to loose fat but want to maintain my muscle size , then according to my weight 70kg, I have to eat 120-125grams of proepro per day.

#. This is for everyone who is regularly lifting weights or doing any other sports activities. We should care our muscles, with a high protein diet.
So here, all is clear the difference, you cannot turn or convert fat into muscle , you have to burn the fat by deficiting calorie or with exercises, then you can build muscle.
