#  .Well said from athletes that no. 1 way to burn more calories is the old fashioned way by moving your body or make your body more working, so we can produce more sweating.

# .We never notice or realise that the calories burn with the accumulation of all those small activities that we are doing daily.

1- go to the morning walk or try to walk daily (more).

2- morning jogging is the best for burning calories naturally.

3- for short rides instead of bike use cycle.

4- if you are interested in dance do it, because dance causes more sweating it will help in burning calories.

5- (daily sprint) - sprint means running with your full speed.

6- daily do hard work or exercise.

7- swimming is the best option while swimming we need more strength that's why swimming will be more effective.

8- go for hiking means go for a long walk.

9- climb stairs of a building or anywhere. more strength and it will be helpful in burning calories.

10- do daily skipping at home or in the morning after work skipping also helps in increasing height and to boost your string and metabolism.

11- Do more workout and heavy lifting.

12- do boxing on punching bags, it also helps to boost your strength and to become  more active.

13- Try to become fidgeting, instead of lazy.
