# .Sleep:- According to a study, we have to take minimum 7+ hours of sleep, But For the person who do Gym, they should take 8-9 hours of sleep. Because After a proper sleep we feel active, energetic and more confident.

# .Progresssive Overload:- Slowly slowly we need to take progress means more weight, because progressing overload will help more in developing your muscle size, so always try to progress the load and perform your exercise and workout in a correct way.
